OUR MANAGEMENT
Members of the executive management team are either engineers or established academics, combining technical expertise with management skills:
Philippe BRINGUIER - CEO & CFO - French citizen, Philippe Bringuier graduated from the University of Grenoble in Economics, from the Kedge Business School, is also a certified public accountant and auditor. Philippe Bringuier has 34 years of work experience including 16 in the industry and 9 in semiconductors.
He started his career at KMPG in the USA and in Paris where, as Senior Manager, he managed a team of thirty people and audited and assisted all kind of companies ranging from start ups to large publicly traded companies. In 2022, he joined the publicaly traded company Memscap as VP and CFO and contributed to its reorganization and restructuring. Also as VP & CFO, he joined in 2005 the company DiBcom which he helped growing internationally before its acquisition by the Parrot group. At Oneaccess Networks, from 2012, he raised more than 12 millions euros to finance the international growth of the company. From 2018, as CEO of the company Viareport, he put in place a strategy with the founder to bring the company back to profitability. He joined the EGIDE group in March 2023 as CEO then was named CEO on June 1&st 2023.

David HIEN - Deputy CEO of Egide SA - Bollène (France) - Has a MsC in Telecommunications from ISEN (France). He is a senior business development and marketing expert. He joined Texas Instruments in 2001 and lived and worked in ten countries in Europe, in the USA and in Asia. He joined Egide in 2021 and leads a new organization named Customer Solutions, which brings together design activity, application engineering, quote activity, business development and marketing. On April 4, 2022, he was promoted to General Manager of Egide SA in Bollène (Vaucluse - France) and on June 1st 2023, to Deputy CEO of the Egide Group.
Brook GASTER - Director of Sales for North America - Has over 20 years of experience selling electronic and fiber optic components used in high reliability/harsh environment systems for the military, aerospace, space, medical and telecommunications markets. He has numerous U.S. government security accreditations. He has held sales management positions at TE Connectivity, Gould Fiber Optics and Amphenol Aerospace and was President of Baxus LLC. After living in Singapore for three years, he gained international experience in sales, operations and business/organizational development. Brook is an alumnus of Penn State and a graduate of Johns Hopkins.
Gary WATERHOUSE -Director of Business Development and
Customer Solutions (North America) - Has a technical background in metallurgy
(University of Surrey, UK) and organizational management (University of
Phoenix, USA). He joined Egide in 2021
and leads business development in our North American markets. He has over 20
years of management experience with microelectronics packaging, manufacturing,
and advanced materials development in the semiconductor industry, working for
Amkor Technology, Texas Instruments and Tessera. His business development experience includes responsibilities
in the US, Asia and Europe.
