With a wide range of equipment and capabilities Egide supports precision component manufacturing for a variety of industries including aerospace, microelectronics, optoelectronics, medical and sensor product applications. Our highly experienced and passionate workforce utilize modern and high precision equipment to manufacture parts to exacting specifications. Tolerances <.001” (0.02mm) are common and delivered with reliable process control.

CNC Machining

Egide/Santier operates 3/4/5-axis CNC equipment from Haas, Mazak, Fanuc & Mori-Seki. With equipment platforms to support small precision microelectronic components as well as platforms for up to 30” travel, we have the capability to manufacture a broad range of designs. Typical material sets include Kovar, MoCu, WCu, Copper, Aluminum, Titanium, Stainless Steel, and more.

EDM Machining

At Egide/Santier, we utilize Mitsubishi equipment to produce thin wall profiles as well as precision features or outlines. We consistently hold tolerances of <.0005” (0.01mm) and have the experience necessary to cut precision ring frames, preforms or other very tight tolerance parts quickly.


Egide/Santier operates ADT dicing equipment to cut both alumina and metallic components. Our dicing processes are capable of holding dimensional tolerances of <.0005” (0.01mm) and producing shims, spacers or submounts from .040”sq to 3”sq. We can also cut precision solder breaks into the mounting surface to improved assembly processes.


Beyond the above, we have laser marking, 3d printing, lapping, grinding, and blasting processes that allow us to manufacture a truly broad range of products.

As a vertically integrated manufacturer, our in-house plating, assembly, and material/thermal processing give us the expertise necessary to produce components and products which will reliably operate in the most extreme of applications.
