OUR MANAGEMENT
Members of the executive management team are either engineers or established academics, combining technical expertise with management skills:
Philippe BENSUSSAN -Chairman of the Board of Directors - Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique. He also holds a
PhD from MIT in Material Sciences, one from Université Paris Orsay in Physics
and an Executive-MBA from HEC. Armament engineer, he held, between 1984 to 1998,
various positions within the Direction Générale de l’Armement (French MoD
Procurement agency), the last one as program manager of Earth-observation
Helios satellites program. He went on to lead Lynred until 2018, a company that
is one of the world’s leaders in the design and manufacturing of high-quality
infrared technologies for the aerospace, military, industrial and consumer
markets. Since beginning of 2018, Philippe BENSUSSAN has been
advising investment firms and CEO’s, as consultant or independent board member.
He also joined the M&A advising firm Financière de Courcelles end of 2019
as senior advisor. He brings to the table his strong experience in hi-tech
industry, with a focus on electronics, optronics, defense, space and
aeronautics. On October 2, 2024, he was co-opted as member of Egide’s
group board of directors, before being appointed Chairman of the Board on October 21, 2024.
David HIEN - CEO - Has a MsC in Telecommunications from ISEN (France). He is a senior business development and marketing expert. He joined Texas Instruments in 2001 and lived and worked in ten countries in Europe, in the USA and in Asia. He joined Egide in 2021 and leads a new organization named Customer Solutions, which brings together design activity, application engineering, quote activity, business development and marketing. On April 4, 2022, he was promoted to General Manager of Egide SA in Bollène (Vaucluse - France) and on June 1st 2023, to Deputy CEO of the Egide Group. Since September 16, 2024, he is CEO of Egide Group.
Philippe BRINGUIER - CFO - French citizen, Philippe Bringuier graduated from the University of Grenoble in Economics, from the Kedge Business School, is also a certified public accountant and auditor. Philippe Bringuier has 34 years of work experience including 16 in the industry and 9 in semiconductors.
He started his career at KMPG in the USA and in Paris where, as Senior Manager, he managed a team of thirty people and audited and assisted all kind of companies ranging from start ups to large publicly traded companies. In 2022, he joined the publicaly traded company Memscap as VP and CFO and contributed to its reorganization and restructuring. Also as VP & CFO, he joined in 2005 the company DiBcom which he helped growing internationally before its acquisition by the Parrot group. At Oneaccess Networks, from 2012, he raised more than 12 millions euros to finance the international growth of the company. From 2018, as CEO of the company Viareport, he put in place a strategy with the founder to bring the company back to profitability. He joined the EGIDE group in March 2023 as CEO then was named CEO on June 1st 2023.

Ignace DUPON - General Manager, EGIDE USA - Has an electronics engineering degree from Katholieke Universiteit
Leuven in Belgium. Located in Cambridge, Maryland. With a robust career spanning over two
decades, Ignace has accumulated extensive experience in procurement, customer
service, and sales. Before joining EGIDE USA, he held various sales positions
in France, where he honed his skills in market development and client
relations. His deep understanding of the European market has been invaluable in
driving EGIDE's international growth. Under his leadership, EGIDE USA has
expanded its capabilities, including the addition of a state-of-the-art plating
area in 2021. Ignace's expertise and dedication have positioned EGIDE as a key
player in markets such as defense andaerospace. His commitment to excellence
ensures that EGIDE continues to deliver high-quality products and services to
its clients.
Gary WATERHOUSE -Director of Business Development and
Customer Solutions (North America) - Has a technical background in metallurgy
(University of Surrey, UK) and organizational management (University of
Phoenix, USA). He joined Egide in 2021
and leads business development in our North American markets. He has over 20
years of management experience with microelectronics packaging, manufacturing,
and advanced materials development in the semiconductor industry, working for
Amkor Technology, Texas Instruments and Tessera. His business development experience includes responsibilities
in the US, Asia and Europe.
